FAQ'S

Purchasing a product is simple.

First find the product you like the look of, if it is customizable simply choose the size and colour your want on the product page and click “Customize” you can then edit the product to your liking.

If the product is not customizable then simply choose the correct size and colour and click “Add To Cart”.

Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase to your cart simply click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner and proceed to checkout.

This is all handled automatically by our systems, however sometimes technology fails.

If you have not received the receipt in your emails within ten minutes of making your purchase drop us a message and we will try and find out what have gone wrong.

If you have accidently entered the wrong email contact us with details of your order and we will update this on our systems.

This is fine, mistakes happen and we are here to help.

Simply contact us with your Order ID (emailed to you after purchase) and we will update the delivery address.

Note: We can not provide a refund if we have sent your product to the wrong address so it is important to contact us as soon as possible after your realise the error.

We are truly sorry to hear that your item has not arrived in the condition you were hoping.

If the product has broken in shipping contact us and we can organize a replacement being sent to you.

All our custom items are printed as ordered and are thoroughly checked before and after printing. We can not offer a refund or replacement on an item that has been printed incorrectly due to a mistake in the customization stage. If you notice an error in your design contact us as quickly as possible so we can attempt to update it before the item is printed or dispatched.

Payment on all our products is available through Credit and Debit card.

Payments are made through our secure payment gateway or through PayPal.

PayPal offers a credit (“Pay In Three”) service to select customers, this is an agreement between the purchaser and PayPal and has nothing to do with Styliize LTD. 

Returns and Refunds can be offered in the event a product is damaged or incorrectly printed if the issue is out of the control of the customer.

Examples:

A Mug is damaged during shipping – Eligible for a refund/new product.

An item is misprinted due to a mistake in the customization – Not eligible for a refund as it is down to the customer to ensure that all spellings are correct in their designs We Print As Ordered.
