How do I check on my order?

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout in the order lookup on this page. You’ll see its status and any updates we’ve added.

Can I change my photo or size after ordering?

Message us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll do our best to change it.

My print arrived damaged or isn’t right

Sorry about that. Send us a message with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll put it right or refund you.

Can I cancel my order?

Message us with your order number. Because each canvas is made to order, we can only cancel before it goes to print.
